LOCAL CURBSIDE PICKUP

We offer free curbside pickup for local orders, year-round! Simply select “Local Pickup” as your shipping option during check out. You won’t be charged shipping, and we will email you with instructions as soon as your order is ready.

All Local Pickup orders will be available no later than 10am the next business day –  though customers can also make arrangements to pick up at a later time. Local customers may also choose Local Pickup and arrange to pick up their order at our booth at the Port Angeles Farmer’s Market or Ballard Farmers Market (simply add this information to your order notes). If you are a visitor hoping to purchase and receive your order on the same day, please contact us by email or phone before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

All orders are shipped by USPS. 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship nationwide to the United States and Puerto Rico.  Unfortunately, we cannot ship orders outside the United States.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

We ship all in-stock orders within 2 business days (unless otherwise noted). Because we are a small family business, we do occasionally close early for holidays. If you are ordering for a holiday gift, and do not see holiday hours listed, feel free to contact us before you order to ensure we are open.

WHAT TYPE OF SHIPPING DO YOU OFFER?

We offer USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days), USPS Ground Advantage (3-5 business days), and USPS Priority Mail Express. Packages under 16 oz will also have the option of USPS First Class Mail.

HOW IS SHIPPING CALCULATED?

Shipping is calculated based on weight, using current USPS shipping calculators.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express shipping through USPS is available, but we cannot guarantee your order will be processed immediately unless you contact us ahead of time. If you have an urgent order that needs to ship out that day, please contact us first and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

RETURNS

We are confident in the beauty and value of our products, and your complete satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with an item, please return it to us within 30 days for a prompt exchange or refund. Original processing/shipping fees are non-refundable. During the summer season when our store is open, we also accept in-person exchanges and returns.

Holiday Shipping & Hours

USPS Shipping Deadlines:

  • Ground Advantage: Order no later than 6pm December 15th for shipping December 16th.
  • Priority Mail: Order no later than 6pm December 17th for shipping December 18th.
  • Priority Mail Express: Order no later than 6pm December 19th for shipping on the 20th.
  • Local Pickup: Order no later than 6pm December 22nd for pickup on the 23rd & 24th (including farmer’s market pickups)

Our online store (both Local Pickup & nationwide shipping) will be on limited hours for the holiday season as of 6pm December 22nd. Orders placed after December 22nd through January 2nd will ship or be ready for pickup within 2-3 business days. Thank you for your understanding and support of our small family business.
