LOCAL CURBSIDE PICKUP

We are now offering free curbside pickup for local orders. Simply select “Local Pickup” as your shipping option when you check out. You won’t be charged shipping, and we will email you with instructions as soon as your order is ready.

All Local Pickup orders will be available by 10am the next business day –  though customers can also make arrangements to pick up later. Local customers may also choose Local Pickup and arrange to pick up their order at our booth at the Port Angeles Farmer’s Market. If you are a visitor hoping to purchase and receive your order on the same day, please contact us by email or phone before placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

All orders are shipped by USPS. 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship nationwide to the United States and Puerto Rico.  Unfortunately, we cannot ship orders outside the United States.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

We ship all in-stock orders within 2 business days (unless otherwise noted). Because we are a small family business, we do occasionally close early for holidays. If you are ordering for a holiday gift, and do not see holiday hours listed, feel free to contact us before you order to ensure we are open.

HOW IS SHIPPING CALCULATED?

Shipping is calculated based on weight, using current USPS shipping calculators. Orders with a total weight under 16oz will have the additional option of choosing First Class package as a shipping option.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express shipping through USPS is available, but we cannot guarantee your order will be processed immediately unless you contact us ahead of time. If you have an urgent order that needs to ship out that day, please contact us first and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

RETURNS

We are confident in the beauty and value of our products, and your complete satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with an item, please return it to us within 30 days for a prompt exchange or refund. Original processing/shipping fees are non-refundable. During the summer season when our store is open, we also accept in-person exchanges and return. Returns should be accompanied by sales receipt.

Holiday Shipping & Hours

Our online store (both Local Pickup & nationwide shipping) is now closed so our family can travel and enjoy the holiday season.  Orders placed December 19th through January 8th will ship or be ready for pickup on Monday, January 9th.
