Shipping FAQ

2017 HOLIDAY HOURS

All orders must be received by Monday, December 18th in order to arrive before Christmas. Our store will be closed December 19th-January 1st. All online orders received during this period will be shipped after we re-open on January 2nd.

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

All regular orders are shipped by USPS.  Sorry, no international orders.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

We ship all in-stock orders within 4 business days, usually on Tuesday or Thursday (unless otherwise noted). Because we are a small family business, we do occasionally close early for holidays. If you are ordering for a holiday gift, and do not see holiday hours listed, feel free to contact us before you order to ensure we are open.

HOW IS SHIPPING CALCULATED?

Shipping is calculated based on weight, using current USPS shipping calculators. Orders with a total weight under 13oz will have the additional option of choosing First Class mail as a shipping option.

EXPRESS SHIPPING & FRESH LAVENDER

Express shipping is not available as an option during checkout. However, if you would like to pay for express shipping (at an extra cost), please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you. All fresh lavender orders must use express shipping – please call to order fresh lavender, to ensure availability, and estimate shipping costs.
