GIFT WRAPPING

We are happy to include a note or gift wrapping, at no extra charge. Please simply select “gift wrap” as an option before you check out, and your products will be wrapped before being packaged for the mail. To include a note, please include a message in the "Gift Message and Additional Information" section on the final page of the checkout process.

SHIPPING FAQ

HOW DO YOU SHIP?

All regular orders are shipped by USPS, regular mail. USPS Express shipping is also available, at an additional charge. We now offer "pick up" at the farm for local orders (no shipping) - please call ahead for availability and to schedule a pick up appointment. All options are available to select on the "shipping" (second page) of checkout.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

We ship all in-stock orders by USPS, no later than the Monday following your order (unless otherwise noted). Because we are a small family business, we do occasionally close early for holidays. If you are ordering for a holiday gift, please double check the home page or feel free to call us before you order to ensure we are open. For urgent orders, or if you intend to order express shipping, please contact us before ordering to ensure that we will be able to accomodate you.

$50.00 to $74.99 ~ express shipping: $40.00

$300.00 or greater ~ $70.00 plus an additional $10.00 for each $100 spent

PAYMENT OPTIONS

All purchases are processed securely through Paypal, and all methods of Paypal payment are accepted (Paypal account, credit cards, etc.) After completing our checkout form, you will be sent to the secure Paypal site for processing, and then sent back to our site. If you wish to pay by money order or certified check, you must call and place your order by phone. Items purchased by this method will not ship until payment has been received and processed.

RETURNS POLICY

We are confident in the beauty and value of our products, and your complete satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with an item, please return it to us within 30 days for a prompt exchange or refund. Original processing/ shipping fees are non-refundable.
